Today, as Adam pointed out, marks the 1000th day since Carey first emailed me back in, uhhh, 1000 days ago. Since then, this happened, and so much more, of course. We were married, bought a house, have sent a kid to school, and so much more.

Oh, how I love the older woman. Just the one, actually, my wife.
Sometimes, I still cannot quite believe that I married HER. That girl. I have to pinch myself (or at least turn on the heated seat in my car) to make sure I'm not dreaming. I really am married to Carey.

Question: What is your fondest memory of 2004?
My Answer: Seeing Carey again for the first time ranks right up there (the actual memory is quite private, so I'll leave it at that). It's hard to believe I've known her (again) since April.
